Following a protracted public approval process and lengthy negotiations with the Town of Amherst, Iskalo acquired the former Senior Citizen Center from the Town of Amherst. This allowed the Town to expand the facility in a new building that was more responsive to the needs of the growing senior citizen community in Amherst. Iskalo then pursued a redevelopment project involving the comprehensive renovations of the facility into an approximately 21,000 square foot class “A” medical complex in the Village of Williamsville, New York.
