Grounds Maintenance Technician/Porter:

Iskalo Development Corp. is seeking an experienced Grounds Maintenance Technician/Porter to work full time in our Property Management Department.  This position performs semi-skilled interior maintenance and exterior grounds duties throughout our portfolio of commercial and retail properties. Junior Architect / Junior Project Manager:

Iskalo Development Corp. is seeking an experienced Junior Architect / Junior Project Manager to work full time in the Construction Department. The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Superintendent and Project Manager on assigned ground-up and renovation building projects for the purpose of ensuring that building quality expectations are achieved and that corporate policy, procedures and standards are met. Among other job related duties, the Junior Architect / Junior Project Manager will be expected to maintain a thorough understanding of contract documents and subcontracts on assigned projects, to analyze and resolve field construction issues, to handle RFIs and maintain the RFI log, manage shop drawings including distribution to appropriate parties, and to manage various project documents & communications including the job submittal log, job files, as-built documents, Daily Job Reports, and change order requests. Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Technology, Architecture or Engineering as well as have a minimum of 7 – 10 years of related commercial construction experience. Candidates should also possess strong written and verbal communications skills, be proficient using Microsoft Excel, Word and Project, and shall manage time effectively. Construction Site Superintendent:

General Laborer:

Iskalo Development is seeking a motivated individual for the role of General Laborer. Applicants must have a minimum of three (3) years field experience in the construction industry.
